Jean K. Rohloff died April 19, 2018 at the Oskaloosa Care Center in Oskaloosa, Iowa. She was born to James B. And Leeta Ragan Klein near Lancaster, Iowa. She graduated from Sigourney High School and received her Bachelor of Arts from Iowa State Teachers College and her Master's degree from the Northwestern University. She taught at Pella, was a guidance counselor in the Davenport School system, Sigourney Community School district and later at Oskaloosa Junior High School. On December 28, 1957 she married Richard Rohloff at the Sigourney Christian Church. Jean and Richard farmed their entire married life near Delta.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Richard on October 11, 2017 and her sister Joann Klein.
She is survived by her son John (Deb) Rohloff of Oskaloosa, daughter Ann (Brian) Partridge of South Haven, Minnesota, four grandchildren Adam (Haley) Rohloff, Allison (Andrew) Ter Louw, T.C. Partridge, Nicholas Partridge, and one great-granddaughter Ava Ter Louw.
According to Jean's wishes there will be a private family burial.
